COPINH

Co-founded by Berta Caceres in 1992, COPINH (Consejo Civico de Organizaciones Populares e Indigenas de Honduras) is a leading organization in Honduras, struggling in defense of land, human rights, the environment and a fair and just “development” model; leading the struggle against the military-backed, ‘open-for-global-business’, undemocratic and corrupt Honduran regime.
